Anne Corley (Aull)

Anne Corley Aull, 73, of Cameron, SC, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2024. She was the wife of the late Dr George Hubert Aull III.
A memorial service will be at 3:00 pm on Sunday, March 17, 2024 at the Church of the Redeemer on Russell Street in Orangeburg, SC. with the Right Reverend John Burwell officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
Anne was born in Fort Mill, SC the daughter of the late Luther P Corley and Jean Gresham Corley. She studied art at East Carolina University before marrying the love of her life, Bert Aull. She lead him back to the family farm in Four Holes where she lived her life surrounded by family, dogs and horses. For years, Anne shared her love of art with students at Orangeburg Prep and through private lessons, creating everything from portraiture to mosaics. She lived to welcome family and friends into her over 100 year-old home, entertaining them with her quick wit and the occasional guitar, singing or even banjo playing. Anne will be fondly remembered for her creativity, strength, and stubbornness.
Survivors include her son, Carson McCants Aull (Kristi) of Cameron and a daughter, Haley Aull Gulley (David) of Cameron; one brother, Luther P. "Sonny" Corley of Charleston; one sister, Jeanie White of Brevard, N.C.; six grandchildren, Marie Elizabeth Aull, McCants Lin Aull, Finley Hunter Aull, Lillian Abby Aull, George Berton Aull, and William Aulden Gulley; and a number of nieces and nephews. Anne was predeceased in death by her husband and son, Samuel Corley Aull.
